Phase 1: Data Assessment & Planning

We begin by identifying all source systems and data owners, defining data mapping and transformation rules, and evaluating data quality and gaps. Phase 2: Data Extraction

Raw data is securely extracted from all legacy systems and external sources and transferred to the conversion environment. Extraction processes, formats, and encryption methods are carefully documented to ensure accuracy and security.

Phase 3: Data Profiling & Cleansing

We analyze your data to understand its structure, consistency, and quality. Duplicates are removed, errors corrected, missing values filled, and formats standardized. Every action is documented so you have full visibility into the cleansing process.

Phase 4: Data Transformation & Mapping

We apply transformation rules to convert source data into the format your target system requires. Each source field is mapped to the correct target field, including conditional processing and derivations, ensuring your data is accurate and consistent.

Phase 5: Data Loading

Trial data loads are performed in a test environment. We validate and reconcile data against the source systems, correct any transformation errors or mismatches, and then carefully load the final data into the production environment.

Phase 6: Data Validation & Reconciliation

Data completeness, accuracy, and integrity in the target system are validated, record counts and sample data are reconciled back to the source systems, user acceptance testing (UAT) is conducted with business stakeholders, discrepancies are resolved, and formal sign-off is obtained.

Phase 7: Final Cutover & Go-Live

Before the final cutover, legacy data is frozen. The final extraction, transformation, and load are completed, and the data is validated once more. Your new system goes live with immediate post-go-live monitoring to ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.
