Why Choose Us?

A successful data conversion or system migration is more than moving information from one system to another. It is a carefully planned and executed process that ensures your data is accurate, secure, and ready to use in your new system.

Migrate, consolidate, and modernize with confidence, backed by an independent, unbiased, and trusted partner for utility, public sector, and enterprise systems and data.

Phase 1: Data Assessment & Planning

We begin by identifying all source systems, mapping dependencies, and evaluating baseline data quality. We define explicit transformation rules, outline security and compliance requirements, and build a tailored Data Conversion Strategy, timeline, and resource allocation plan.

Phase 2: Data Extraction

Using highly secure protocols, we extract historical data from your production environments. Every extraction process, file format, and encryption method is strictly documented to maintain data lineage and an uncompromised chain of custody.

Phase 3: Data Profiling & Cleansing

Legacy data is often messy. We profile your source data to isolate structural inconsistencies, duplicate records, missing fields, and formatting errors. By cleansing your data before it moves, we prevent legacy errors from polluting your new system.

Phase 4: Data Transformation & Mapping

We write custom data manipulation scripts to translate your legacy tables into the exact schema required by your new platform. This step standardizes formats, harmonizes code tables, and aligns system logic seamlessly.

Phase 5: Test Execution & Trial Loads

We execute iterative test migrations into a non-production environment. These mock go-lives allow us to stress-test our scripts, measure system performance, and identify mapping anomalies without affecting your day-to-day operations.

Phase 6: Rigorous Testing & Validation

We validate data completeness and referential integrity by reconciling record counts and sample data sets directly back to the source systems. We conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with your stakeholders to secure formal, confident sign-off.

Phase 7: Final Cutover & Go-Live

When it’s time to switch systems, we execute the final data cutover during off-peak hours to minimize operational impact. We perform post-migration validation checks to ensure your team is fully operational on Day One.
